Why I can’t pay for my order on this website?

It’s because we’re a B2B wholesaler, the prices you see are EXW cost, 90% of our products are delivered by sea, so once you place order, our customer service team will contact you and check the delivery cost based on the destination.

Can I change my order once I’ve placed it?

YES! As long as you haven’t paid for it, just let us know.

Once it’s paid, and you need some change, pls contact us urgently and we’ll try our best to support you.

How can I track my order?

We’ll keep you updated everyday after you finish payment.

During shipping, if you’re working with your own forwarder, you can check with them. If we’re shipping for you, we’ll keep you updated when it’s loaded, arrived to port, in domestic transportation, etc.

My items are damaged. What do I do?

If one or more items are damaged upon delivery or appears flawed, please show us some pictures and we’ll be responsible for the problem caused by us.
